 After a thorough review of different approaches to improve ventilation, the decision was made to implement AIRsteril in a number of wards across the different sites.

AIRsteril was well reference by a Professor and also Head of Mechanical Physics and Clinical Engineering at a University NHS Trust. The devices were also considerably less expensive than alternatives and would simply screw onto the wall or ceiling without the need for additional building works. 

Together with the main manufacturer, the team supported the Trust medical team with the review of the technology and also undertook a series of site surveys to ensure the optimum set up for their needs.
